TELESALES VACANCY
Due to continual growth we are looking for an additional person to join our busy telesales department.
Previous telesales and/or catering experience is essential. Applicants must have excellent communication/negotiation skills and a clear confident telephone manner. Good keyboard skills are essential. Full in house training will be provided. Duties include, telephoning existing and new customers, obtaining and increasing the value of orders, Identifying opportunities to sell in promotional lines and dealing with customer queries. There is no cold calling.
Hours of work:
Sunday 10am – 4.30pm
Monday – Thursday 9am – 4.30pm
Candidates will be required to work 2 bank holidays per annum
